A mate spends ~£250/day using 'exact' match ads with Google. He's noticed a considerable drop in ROAS over the past few weeks. He spoke to a member of the team at Google and they were persuading him to use "broad" match ads for better results. Something he's been reluctant to use. Does this mean generalised search terms are becoming more frequent because we are using sloppy AI models?
