“Grandpa just bought and held Bitcoin. He didn’t talk about it or post about it or check the price. Just bought it and worked on things he cared about and spent time with his kids like a psychopath.”

Consider that believing in Bitcoin is not nearly as hard as believing that your neighbours will eventually understand it as you have come to understand it. Faith in humanity has understandably become scarce, but perhaps we are selling humanity short. Faith, hope, and optimism are rational and memetic.

Canadian Liberal MP Joel Lightbound thanks Satoshi today. These comments stand in contrast to Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who has publicly mocked heavy PM favourite Pierre Poilievre for his pro-Bitcoin comments. Incidentally, Lightbound was the first Liberal MP to speak against Trudeau during the Freedom Convoy as well. Perhaps he will be a player as the failing Liberal party looks for a new direction when they move on from Trudeau?

The enlightenment leads to hyperbitcoinization. First the left/woke movement became tired, now the pendulum is swinging right, but that’s not the only change. Angry people are being rejected. This is just beginning so it may be hard to notice now, but the angry rabbit holed individuals of Covid from across the spectrum are losing socially. The future belongs to the movement that focuses on hope and progress, and the most hopeful, progressive people are in the bitcoin community because we have a reason to be optimistic that doesn’t rest on politics. Cheers. 🟠☀️

Check out this awesome original Monopoly game I found in my new 60 year old original log cabin. “THE BANK never ‘goes broke.’ If the Bank runs out of Money it may issue as much Money of its own as it may need by merely writing on any ordinary paper.” The classics never get old!

Who wrote it? “Secure aristocracies that have no need to exert themselves usually become bored, hedonistic & demoralized, even though they have power. This shows that power is not enough. One must have goals toward which to exercise one’s power.”
