I didn’t want to sell any bitcoin for that property. We do have a couple of our rental houses up for sale. In the interim, I probably need to get a loan from the bank. Which I’ve already talked to the bank. Everything’s going well, but now they want some type of potential rental spreadsheet from money that might be earned from the houses on that property and other rental possibilities. I was gonna just type in Excel sheet up. Which I’m not great at, but I can do. But then I decided to have AI give it a try. Holy smokes. I’m not done yet. But wow was that amazing… I’ll post what I finish up here in a couple hours.

I absolutely can c bitcoin nomads staying here for a few days - or a week. Not a month! :) I’m a nice guy - not a charity. :) But I’d gladly help some BTC travelers out if they are the real deal. I have coveted this property for several years now. And I’ve been working on purchasing it for a few months. It’s approximately 50 acres. About 20 tillable. 20 acres low land. A few acre pond I estimate. A River around a lot of it. I would really like to try some Permaculture/regenerative farming. I’m 99% sure the deal is going to go through. I’ve been trying to find some clever - yet subtle-name for it. A name that reflects Bitcoin, sound money, and freedom. There is already a lake Satoshi in Michigan. (Which by the way is a fantastic meetup. Their large annual one is July 31 through August 2 this year. I highly recommend you attend. GREAT people and fantastic info). I’ve written down dozens of names. Nothing yet jumps out at me. (like the little deer in the video 😄) if any of you bitcoiners and/or Nostr (redundant I know 😄) people have any ideas, please let me know. Please share this Far and Wide, so I can get as many ideas as possible. Fingers crossed and we’ll own this in a few weeks. Thank you All. Take care. Carl

Happy Independence Day America. It was nice to see so many people celebrating in our small town. We probably had 3,000 - 5,000 watch our parade. But I can’t help but wonder where the F you were 5 years ago. I think there were 20 people and about 25 cars that drive in our makeshift parade. I hope to Christ some of you have now learned what an utter shitshow that period in time was. I hope you truly yearn for freedom. Next time - do something to help….
