Here's an idea that could make BCHNostr even stronger.
Each country could have its own official community, allowing local members to connect, support each other, and grow together. The admin for each country should be selected through a transparent community vote, with the winner becoming the official community leader.
Alongside these country communities, there should be only one international community where members from every country can meet, collaborate, and share ideas. This international community should be managed directly by the BCHNostr site owner to ensure fairness, consistency, and global coordination.
Finally, the site owner and all country admins could form a committee that regularly discusses new ideas, solves challenges, and works together to make every community stronger.
Strong local communities + one united global community = a stronger future for BCHNostr.
