We are energetic beings.
Energy management is one of the most important things we need to develop.
I am not talking about things like eat and sleep well, exercise, etc. Yes, that is the base for our physical body.
But I am rather referring to our sensations and signals we get before something "big" happens or when a change in nature occurs.
What if we can read those signals as simple as a book? Or alternatively, what if we could send those signals to others consciously?
That is of course a broad topic, but the good side of it, is that we can start simple. Surround yourself with people that helps you keep your energy high, that are joyful, share new ideas and are positive.
