I’m at the point where @Clave has been stable for users for weeks. I couldn’t remember the last time I had to pair it with @Nostur so I double checked today to make sure I was actually using a remote signer and not my bare nsec. Maybe I’m missing something, but the censorship debate around Primal feels mostly like noise. If a client is censoring users and you don’t like it, switch clients. That’s kind of the whole point of Nostr. What seems far more important is whether Nostr’s biggest client is built on a design that becomes increasingly incompatible with the rest of the network. More clients are moving to an outbox model and relying on NIP-65 relay lists. If I publish only to my own relay and advertise it there, will Primal users see my notes? Does Primal plan to support that model, or does the caching architecture become harder to maintain as more clients adopt outbox? @primal what’s the long-term plan here? View quoted note →

any plumbers on here? water heater needs to be replaced, but there's an old decommissioned radiant floor system in my basement. it was installed in 2003 when the house was built, but from what i can tell hasn't been used since at least 2018. the manifold definitely needs to be rebuilt. trying to decide if i should try and get it up and running again, or just replace the water heater with something cost effective. #asknostr #plumbstr
