Someone suggested I might be into shrooms because of my shirt.
I can assure all that I’m only high on life😎

I think I may be able to get one of daughters on Nostr. She clicked at the possibility of sharing and even selling her art for sats!
This is my mining setup. I mine through Ocean. Bitaxe Gamma from Jabit; Bitaxe Gamma from D-Cental; NerdQAxe++ from Powermining.io. Waiting for another NerdQAxe++ from BitcoinMerch and a reconditioned S19 from D-Central.

Nostr: welcome, great to have you aboard! Here, have some sats.

Hi, my name is Richard Martin. I’ve been posting for a week or so, but never introduced myself. I’m interested in history, strategy, science, philosophy, technology, and individual freedom and autonomy. And of course Bitcoin, Nostr and Bitcoin mining.

What do Antwerp, Lübeck, and Bitcoin have in common?
They’re all part of a long tradition of systems built on rules—not rulers.
This article draws a line from the merchant cities of the Middle Ages to today’s engineered parasovereign networks.
A must-read for anyone thinking about the future of money, autonomy, and coordination.

Leadership Principle #6: Know Your Followers and Promote Their Welfare
To truly promote the welfare and growth of your team, it is essential to understand each individual. By familiarizing yourself with your followers, you can effectively assess their strengths, limitations, and provide the necessary support and guidance. It goes beyond just knowing external factors; it involves offering a clear vision, the right tools, and the leadership needed for both personal and collective advancement towards organizational goals.
As any military commander will tell you, top-notch, demanding training is the ultimate welfare provision. Ensuring your team operates cohesively and efficiently is the key to their well-being and success within the organization.
Here are some techniques to enhance your leadership approach:
- Take the time to engage with your team regularly. By having casual conversations and showing genuine interest in their backgrounds, goals, strengths, and limitations, you build a deeper connection that fosters growth.
- Understand the desires and requirements of your subordinates. Strive to strike a balance between their needs and aspirations, and effectively communicate how you address these aspects.
- Implement skills-building strategies:
- Interact with your team informally to understand their perspectives on their roles, the organizational vision, and any potential improvements. Actively listen to their feedback and insights.
- Identify the developmental needs of your team members, communicate these findings, and provide necessary support within operational constraints.
By prioritizing the individual growth and well-being of your followers, you create a foundation for collective success and organizational achievement. #Leadership #TeamDevelopment
Parasovereign orders such as Bitcoin and Nostr arise not from an assertion of supremacy, but from symbolic, expressive, or functional autonomy.

@primal I tried the import function with my website
https://www.exploitingchange.com/blog/feed. But it only picked up the first few articles and only the summary. Is there any way to pick up the whole blog post including the body?
@primal The sort function on the dashboard of Studio doesn't appear to work according to the selected sort category. For instance, when I select sort by latest, is doesn't sort by any particular order.
The internet is the original killer app.
The supreme irony is that all of the tools of parasovereignty and individual autonomy are based on cryptographic and computational systems originally developed to enhance surveillance, secrecy, and strategic intelligence.
Leadership Principle #4: Lead by Example
A fundamental aspect of effective leadership is leading by example. Leaders play a crucial role in shaping the behaviors and attitudes of their followers, peers, and the organization as a whole. By demonstrating integrity, ethical conduct, and decisiveness, a leader sets the tone for the entire team.
Reflecting on past experiences, consider the impact of working under a leader with questionable competencies and integrity. How did you and your colleagues feel, and what strategies did you adopt to navigate challenges arising from the leader's shortcomings?
Conversely, think about a time when you had the privilege of working under a competent leader who exemplified professional excellence and ethical integrity. How did this experience influence the team's morale, cohesion, and overall performance?
Evaluate your own leadership approach. Are you consistently a positive role model for your followers and peers? Do your actions align with the values you expect from others? Strive to embody the leadership qualities you admire and avoid practices that detract from effective leadership.
To enhance your leadership skills, consider:
- Identifying and applying admired leadership qualities consciously.
- Avoiding poor leadership practices by self-observation and adjustment.
- Viewing your actions from the perspective of others to meet both expectations and needs.
- Reflecting on past inconsistencies between words and actions to improve future alignment and credibility.
Effective leadership hinges on integrity, consistency, and leading by example. By prioritizing ethical conduct and self-improvement, leaders can inspire trust, loyalty, and respect from their team members.

Leadership Principle # 3: Seek and accept responsibility.
Being a leader requires more than just a title; it entails a readiness to seek and embrace responsibility. Leaders stand at the forefront, demonstrating accountability for their decisions and actions, as well as those of their team. While some individuals naturally gravitate towards leadership roles, most seek assurance that their organization will back them, especially during challenging times. Encouraging a culture of calculated risk-taking is vital, allowing leaders room for experimentation without fear of severe repercussions in case of setbacks.
Reflect on your approach to responsibility:
- What tasks do you readily embrace, and which ones do you shy away from?
- Does the prospect of authority and accountability intimidate you, or do you thrive on the challenge?
- Enhance your skills through:
- Recalling a past experience where you willingly assumed responsibilities. How did it feel? What made it successful? Can you replicate those elements?
- Identifying tasks that align with your top strengths to maximize their impact.
- Strategizing tasks that address your key limitations, offering innovative solutions to overcome them effectively.
Leadership is not just about leading; it's about embracing responsibility with resilience and a growth mindset. #Leadership #Responsibility #GrowthMindset
