2024/25 bullmarket predicition: We might get a double-bubble like in 2013, considering how high up we are already before the halving. First bubble triggered by the ETF approval and following hype, second bubble triggered by supply shock / halving effects and ETF inflows.

Real estate is a illiquid shitcoin. Try taking your houses with you if the government of your country screws up so bad that you have to leave.
For most degens following this advice it will look like this:
1) Sell too early
2) Get mad seeing it going up more while out
3) Finally get in again due to pain of missing out
4) Rekt
Moral of the story: If you find a superior asset, HODL it. Most people get rekt trading.
