What are peoples thoughts on #Quinoa ? I’ve been on a low carb paleo type diet but I’m trying to expand my diet to include certain healthy grains. #foodstr #health 2nd question is whether to eat it raw after soaking or if it must be cooked. The internet seems mixed on this point.

I’m so done with #twitter 😤🤬 my posts are being blocked/throttled, and for no reason. I’m not offensive or a troll. Just a pleb. It’s almost as if they only want people to consume and don’t care about posts from “non-influencers” This is a wake up call. I need to learn to use #nostr better.
