there is no spike at all on @npub1059m...tuln, has anyone seen a single spike anywhere on the fedi from #Brazil yet?

I really need a new phone. I want a used one that supports the most recent version of a degoogled android (and optionally support for @npub1vnux...8mqn or @npub1lmqr...xa4a) I don't mind a broken screen or a dead battery or charging port cause I have the ability to fix it myself. Come on fedi what you got?
