I got it💡 Let's name it "Self-Custody In Name Only," or "SCINO" for short. It's right in "Andreessen's Law of Consumer Internet". It must be helpful to be the bridge from custody to self-custody for grandmas in the stairway to heaven! image

Just in time my raspberry pi broke, so I switched Bitcoin Core with LND to Knots with Core Lightning. Also I moved AlbyHub out of the raspberry pi and onto fly.io, while being powered by Cashu. And I'm posting about it now on Nostr. It's all #DECENTRALIZATION by a minority with less than 10% market share!

"online" payment future in the fiat world Probably this can be understood by nostr developers here more than pure bitcoin developers. Because passkey is used as "identity by public key", and cooperates between a merchandise site and payment gateway services. Imagine replacing Passkeys with Nostr and replacing MasterCard with Bitcoin. The 3-layer structure of merchants, payment gateways, and banks would be reduced to at least 2 layers (bank out), or just 1 (only merchants). From creditcards vs bitcoin to creditcards×passkeys vs bitcoin×nostr NOTE: This framing may be too simplistic. Other combinations such as Nostr and Passkey, payment gateways and Bitcoin, or passkey and Bitcoin(!) may work together.
