We spend less than 12 hours every YEAR on being self sustained with potatoes. I totally understand why people dont homestead, but I cant understand why anyone with a house would buy them in the store. You can literally drop one by accident and get 10 back (happened to me last year)

After winter made a little comeback we are finally back at it. Soon finished with the roof underlayment and other details. Then plates go on and we attack the other side💪

Just some branch collecting left and we are ready for spring to turn this forest floor back into pastures by hand seeding grasses and rotating pigs and cattle. So pumped for this project!
