I currently have hip issues I'm dealing with and they came out of nowhere. I thought I could simply stretch them away... not exactly. Over a year in now, I am currently on the path to recovery and self-researched PT is working. I will hopefully share the secret sauce once this journey is complete. my guess is that there are many healthy people on nostr spending hours at a time sitting in front of a screen... and that's the killer. anyway, you have been warned...
