Got my bloodwork on Monday. Pretty happy with my lipid panel. Hdl up and triglycerides down since the last go almost two years. Since then I’ve upped Steps from 11k or So to 17k. Started doing more cardio and tracking lifts better. I like the triglycerides/hdl ratio as that’s a good sign of metabolic health if below 2. Below 1 is excellent and mine was .61. LDL is out of the range but that’s really only concerning if you have a lot of inflammation.
