I woke up yesterday to a large transaction being double charged in my Santander bank account. I went to speak with them and apparently it was a “computer glitch” and was happening to many people. They said it would be fixed by today and it was, but I was out $ all day yesterday. I have heard this happen at other banks, and now it happened to me. I can verify that this is not just some made up headline.

I sometimes wonder if I wish I should’ve bought more #bitcoin .

I was playing Maple Leaf Rag on this piano an the senior center I tune for to kill time before my appointment with a resident. A woman came over and put her cart/walker aside and started dancing. Then she thanked me and handed me two squashes! The power of piano!

Little known secret exclusive to Yamaha pianos: there is a number printed on the top of the action in upright pianos. The first two numbers represent the year of manufacture. For example: this piano is from 1986.

I just tuned and cleaned a piano for a retired, older woman who, with her husband, is going to start taking lessons soon. You’re never too old to start learning piano! 🎹 LFG!
