Can someone help me understand what this means? Steinway & Sons put out an IPO $STWY last year but retracted it earlier this year. Where do funds raised go? Are they returned? Why would S&S back out? Poor quality market conditions? Poor company performance? Was this a failed exist strategy and now John Paulson is stuck with Steinway?
