I am having a hard time now that I am realizing many of the people I have learned from in Bitcoin, do not really understand Bitcoin

The guy in the left is stuck, the guy on the right is freed up. Allow your head to swivel in the direction of your rotation. This give you more range of motion, more power and is easier on the body.
