#75Hard Day 5 ✅ I already stopped craving cookies, and sweets in general. My body is sore, but in a good way. The muscles ache in a “thanks for using me” kind of way. Having to drink a gallon of water each day really eliminates my desire to have anything extra. It just feels like too much. Overall I’m feeling great. Usually I’d get really exhausted after lunch. Now I’m not sleepy at all. During my workday I am completely alert and present. After going out the front door, and making my way back to that patio area, I put my phone on video and recorded as I reached over the privacy fence. #75Hard Day 2 is complete. Diet seems to be my greatest challenge. I haven’t had alcohol in over a month, maybe two. That part doesn’t bother me. What I struggle with is resisting sweets. I have been having cookies for dessert for a long time. It’s only day 2, and I miss them terribly. I do my best work when someone tells me I can’t do something. Internally, I have told myself I won’t make the 75 days. I’ve told myself that I will trip up and have to restart. That is all the motivation I need.
