Semolina Pudding. Ingredients * 1 litre of milk. * 100 ml of cream (optional) * Half teaspoon of salt. * 75 grams of sugar. * 100 grams of semolina. * Knob of butter. * Half a cup of raisins. * Four eggs. Method 1. Milk into pan , 75% heat. 2. Add all ingredients , eggs last. 3. Stir continuously until it changes to a thicker consistency. 4. Heat off and serve. Allow to cool a little and form a skin.
