There is no sugarcoating this one folks. This is the biggest setback for self custody in the “modern” era of Bitcoin, when keeping a modest stack (say under 50M sats) safe was supposed to be straightforward and cheap. No way but through, but this is a black pill.

Agents are in some ways just like junior employees: they will produce shit if you let them. But if you spend the time giving them proper direction, they will produce wha you are looking for.
