Hodeidah Governorate: Local media reported that teacher Mansour Al-Tam passed today, following a sudden heart attack. The attack came when he discovered, while reviewing the payroll, that he was on the "surplus" list and not entitled to any payment, according to the Sana'a government lists.
Aden governorate: A young man was found unconscious due to severe malnutrition and taken to the hospital. This is happening in Aden, where the Saudi-UAE coalition–backed government is based.
