I asked my job for a reference letter for a new job Ive applied for being "Legal processing server" which pays way more than current wages. Instead of getting a letter, I keep getting "hold on applying places craig, dont worry we will talk to HR and increase your salary". I told them, I dont want to talk to Hr, I dont wanna increase my salary. I want to leave this job environment and never come back. "Dont worry craig, we will talk later to HR and get you a raise". Like fml. Dont ever be good at something. They won't let you go.
