Testing DMs in Primal, Damus, & Amethyst
I like to DM myself, so I can save notes, & other stuff, that are just for me.
I've found that between these 3 Nostr clients:
Primal website in desktop app Brave
Damus in IOS 16.7
Amethyst in Android 13
...I can DM myself (plain text & hyperlinks) from Primal & that note will show up in the other 2 mobile clients on the respective phones...
But going from any other direction, & seeing the DM in the other 2, is inconsistent & usually doesn't work.
Much sad. No wow.
If that can happen reliably, between at least 3 popular Nostr apps, in different OSes, then I can ditch my multiple cloud note-keeping apps.
