One thing I think facebook gets right is groups. My wife is in several support groups to help her manage my son's various issues (autism, ostomy matters, T1D, etc). I've watched her support other moms and they in return, sometimes in person and sometimes online. In my view, that's what makes social media really work. We need more of that on Nostr.
