In a way, it’s strange how we say, “have a Happy Memorial Day.” It’s quite a sad day for many families. I grew up seeing the impact on my great uncles: alcoholism, PTSD, or just living with a darker view of the world. In the next generation, the only boy born served, my mom’s brother. His son served and now suffers with paranoia. He doesn’t let anyone into his home and will probably never have a wife. My great, greats went war. Deep, southern war roots. They barely talk about the bravery and positive stories of these strong men on the radio station to give us a happy Memorial Day. Mostly, they’re talking about the sales.

What would your rubbdtle be to this persons argument supporting runes: Eventually miners won’t get as much bitcoin rewards. Miners need to be rewarded and bitcoin needs to be secure so ordinals and runes are a solution to increase the amount transactions. It makes sense. Whether it’s ordinals or runes there needs to be something else to sustain beyond the diminishing miner rewards. Make the juice worth the squeeze
