#nostrbama #nostrbama was too short. I am grateful for the time we had together and everyone who put in extra effort to make it special. We ALWAYS have a good time. I haven’t had a bad time at one of these events. It has been a great way to find new long-term friendships. Nostriches are unstoppable.

I completed my last week of daily training at work today. I finally won’t have to sit constantly, looking over at someone’s screen. How the fuck do people sit all day and stay well... I got a standing desk and I’m looking at walking pads. I’m stiff and sore from all the sitting over the last two months. How do you replace hours & hours of standing, walking, lifting and turning bodies. #ouraring #ouraring Since my new job the sleep & readiness scores have increased significantly. My stress has improved by an average of 3 hours a day.
