Such a great day for Bitcoin. I hope Satoshi is around to experience this.
Thanks @jack and the Square team.

Continuing to level up my guitar skills. Some day it might sound like actual music 🤞
What skill are you grinding?

Will autonomous delivery services be the twisted incentive the state needs to become tough on crime?
When people loot and vandalize autonomous delivery vehicles there will be a lot pressure from corporations to toughen up on crime, or else the citizens will be denied cheap and convenient delivery options.
Just a thought.

Everyone is giving up on orange pilling. If bitcoin is the best idea, then why is it so hard to make people care?
It’s a simple idea.

GN! Been out with the scout group tonight. We tried Orienteering, the sport of navigation, using a highly detailed map. I really don’t have much experience with scouting myself, but I learn as I go, and I enjoy teaching kids new skills + plus it’s nice to spend more time outside.

GM! It’s going to be interesting to see how a socialist New York plays out. 👀
Social democracy was good for the Swedish people for a while when we actually produced stuff in factories the country like + that we aggressively rode the wave of the early Information Age by producing services and products like Spotify, Skype, great video games(King, Minecraft, Battlefield etc etc), mobile tech (Ericsson), Pirate Bay, utorrent, Linux involvement.
“The Swedish Model” was an example of how small doses socialism could be a good thing.
Now we don’t innovate as much, and the factories have moved. Startups move to better regulatory environments.
The entitlement programs and borders are still open. The expectations that all will be taken care of is still alive.
Sweden should embrace Bitcoin. We are a country small enough to act fast. We are not in the Euro trap. We have the infrastructure to support it. We could create a new “Swedish Model”…And that model, dear frens, would be The Orange Model.

GM! Crypto bros are frenetically drawing lines on charts this morning.
We just stay calm and stack sats. I hope you have a beautiful day!

Just came back from my first ever Bit walk”. Great to meet fellow bitcoiners face to face.
One of the conversation topics was: “How do you keep,
and remember, a secret for a thousand years?”.
Good book for understanding the evolution of foundational protocols and how they evolve. A memoir that brings you back to the origins of the web. I kinda like it!
Came out this year.

Big if true…

🤯 The Mandibles. I can’t put this book down. A dystopian novel that hits close to home. Written in 2016, it describes how the US defaults on its national debt and how the dollar collapses. We get to follow a family struggle through these tough times from 2029 to 2047.
I can’t put it down. 👀

The coin is 107k and people on X are absolutely losing their shit. Mohahahahahahahahhaha! Grow a pair.
1 Bitcoin is 1 Bitcoin. Play fiat games win fiat prices. Nations are planning to buy your coins (luckily they are slow to move so we have some time to spread it among the plebs). Hashrate shows the way. Nodes are mobilizing. We are winning so much we are tired of winning. People are building amazing shit on bitcoin.
No need to poop your pants. 👖 💩
GM! Book Recommendation!
📝 “Energy is the only universal currency. One of its many forms must be transformed to get anything done.”
Every major shift in human civilization, from the rise of agriculture to the industrial revolution, has been driven by how we harness and use energy. In Energy and Civilizarion, Vaclav Smil meticulously traces this relationship, showing how our ability to extract more energy from the world around us has shaped everything from the way we live and work to the way societies organize themselves.
Grand book! Loved it

It’s getting cold and has been raining for day. Cuddled up with the family to watch Death Becomes Her. The kids were scared shitless for a while before the movie turned up the humor mid-movie.
Old movies still hold up better than almost any new title.
