What have you done for Bitcoin this year? I’m often frustrated because I feel like I want to find a way to contribute to Bitcoin, the Bitcoin community, and spreading the good word to all the plebs. But I haven’t figured out exactly how to do this in a meaningful way yet. I’m still looking for how I can use my time and skill to contribute in a unique way in this space. But today I realized I’ve actually done something this year. A small thing, but more than nothing. I have a YouTube channel where I review nonfiction books for people committed to lifelong learning. This year I have reviewed and recommended several books that could open people’s eyes to Bitcoin (directly and indirectly) - The Bitcoin Standard - The Mandibles (thanks @ODELL for the recommendation!!) - The Big Print - The Price of tomorrow - Everything divided by 21 million I don’t have a huge audience but these videos have been viewed by at least 10-15k people. And a lot of these people, I assume, are not bitcoiners (they come to me for other reasons). Maybe a person or two has taken steps towards understanding bitcoin thanks to one of my videos? If so, I’m pretty happy with my contribution! I would love to hear how you have spent time promoting the Bitcoin way in 2025. What have you done for Bitcoin this year? GM! Paper-bitcoining is a pretty sweet deal in Sweden. 🇸🇪 With a ISK-account you can buy and (god forbid) sell paper bitcoin freely during the year. Then you pay a yearly tax of 1% on your holdings regardless if you made gains or loses. A good deal for modest retail investors that are bitcoin curious.
