GM Nostr! Who's doing breathwork here? It is the last day of April and my #WimHof results are in I have not been breathing for 3h26m this month! I do it because it helps me start the day calmer, I get the opportunity to get vitD from the sun and ground myself with bare feet on the grass. Oh and I get to ☀️ my 🎱s.

GM! I posted a little tune I recorded in 2013 or so on @Wavlake. I'm not a good musician, I just recorded a jazzy backing track and solod to it once. It's more of a test of Wavlake itself than a publishing or a promo, but I can't just not tell nobody, right?
