Qi gong, 130 squats, horse stance hold 100 swings, 100 10/2โ€™s (mace) I took a whole week off of doing weights. I needed the rest. Summer volume really starts to add up. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I am going to see if I can hold myself to only two weighted sessions a week till October. #365days
It is not a photogenic dish, but is delicious. I am trying to get through a bunch of cabbage and this what I came up with. Sautรฉd cabbage, ground beef, garlic, a lot of miso, sake, soy sauce, and mirin. I also topped it with a bunch of shiso leaves. ๐Ÿ˜‹
