This was the workout my sister-in-law and I did yesterday. It took us about an hour, and this routine mainly targets the core and abdominal muscles. 💪 I actually recorded it for today's challenge in @bmjc98 s community, but I later realized the challenge was supposed to be a warm-up routine. 😂 Oh well, I'm posting it anyway! And please excuse my terrible dancing skills. 🤣 What made me laugh even more was my son. After watching the video, he said, "Mom, your fitness is so good! Keep it up so you won't be fat anymore!" 🤣 Kids really know how to be brutally honest, don't they? 😂❤️

Thanks to @Petchay s "Bring Me" challenge, I found myself outside searching for a broken hanger. 😂 Since I was already there, I figured I might as well wash the doormats I'd been soaking all afternoon. 🤭 Who would've thought a simple challenge would help me finish one of my chores today? Otherwise, these would probably still be waiting for me tomorrow. 🤣

Never underestimate the power of prayer. I've learned that not every battle can be won by my own strength. There were moments when all I could do was pray, trust, and wait. Looking back, I can see that God was working even when I couldn't see it. Prayer may not change everything overnight, but it changes us, gives us peace, and reminds us that we are never alone. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Philippians 4:6 🙏❤️

At first glance, you might think they're takoyaki... but they're actually tofu balls! 🤭💚 They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and incredibly delicious. Made with tofu, carrots, onion, garlic, flour, and egg, then paired with a simple sweet and savory sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. As a tofu lover, I always enjoy trying different tofu recipes, and this is definitely one of my favorites. Simple to make, budget-friendly, and absolutely worth trying! 😋🍽️

How I Discovered BCH My journey with Bitcoin Cash started back in 2020 when I discovered ReadCash. At that time, I was already passionate about writing, so when I found a platform where I could write articles and earn Bitcoin Cash at the same time, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, my main goal back then was simply to earn while doing something I loved. But as time went on, I realized that BCH was much more than just a reward. Through ReadCash, I learned how cryptocurrency works, what Bitcoin Cash really is, and why so many BCH enthusiasts continue to support and fight for it. That's when I started seeing BCH not just as something valuable, but as a technology with a real purpose. A year later, in 2021, I discovered NoiseCash. Unlike ReadCash, where I wrote articles, NoiseCash allowed users to create short posts and still earn BCH. I became active on both platforms, and over time I managed to accumulate a good amount of Bitcoin Cash. During that time, I was also part of a community called Club 1 BCH. Our goal was simple: to own at least 1 BCH. Because of that, I held onto my coins and believed in Bitcoin Cash even when its price climbed to around $1,600. Like many others in the community, I trusted its long-term potential. Unfortunately, in 2022, life took an unexpected turn. My husband developed a serious retinal condition, and I had to sell a portion of my BCH to help pay for his treatment. It wasn't an easy decision because I truly wanted to keep holding my coins. But looking back, that was one of the moments that showed me the real value of Bitcoin Cash. It wasn't just an investment—it became something that helped my family during one of our most difficult times. Thankfully, I still managed to keep some of my BCH, and I continued holding it until 2024. Around that time, I also explored the SmartBCH ecosystem. That's where I learned how to trade, stake, and experience decentralized finance for the first time. I even collected tokens like CATS and enjoyed blockchain games such as Joystick Club, where you could have fun while earning rewards. Those experiences helped me understand that the BCH ecosystem had so much more to offer than I initially thought. Eventually, NoiseCash came to an end, while ReadCash remained online even without the earning opportunities it once had. I still visit the site from time to time because it's where everything began for me. More importantly, many of the friendships I built through those platforms remain part of my life today. Then I discovered BCHNostr, and it reminded me why I fell in love with Bitcoin Cash in the first place. I found a community of people who genuinely believe in BCH and continue working toward the vision described in its whitepaper—a peer-to-peer electronic cash system with fast transactions and low fees that anyone can use. Today, I'm not here just to earn Bitcoin Cash. I'm here because I want to help promote BCH, support the community, and connect with people who share the same vision. My journey started with writing articles for BCH, but it became something much bigger.
