What do I feel when I have anxiety? - Difficulty in breathing - Loss of appetite - Isolating myself from people ( in the room the whole day) - I have no motivation to do anything. - Thinking about death. It's been 3 days since my anxiety triggers and you know it's really hard but I got used to it. I mean I just let myself to feel it because I know I will be okay soon. I hope my husband is here na kaso sa Tuesday pa sya uuwi.

Where to go? Sa birthdayan pooooo. My Saturday is fully occupied. After the birthday I will continue the laundry. Watch MHIAMB and clean the house and do other stuff. Do contents and live selling as well. But the good thing naman. I enjoy my sleep. I woke up 9:20 am 🤣

And now it's 10:07 AM and I'm going to cook na. I will be cooking Nilagang Baboy because my son requested it.

My Co Mom chatted me earlier. It's all about my son as you can see on the screenshot. My son already told me about what happened but I didn't know it was her classmate princess who asked their classmates for the food because my son's food was spilled and he has no pocket money. I am just glad that my son has a concerned classmate to help him when he needs help even if he didn't ask for it. And because of that I told them that I will buy them needoh tomorrow after school. I am teary eyed while reading this message because I imagined the my son crying but then I'm glad. My son is not that friendly. I mean he rarely talks and play with his classmates and it's not new to me because I am also like that hahaha. I remember when I was working I didnt talk to the person at the station next to mine for the entire shift. For the whole month 🤣
