I almost feel bad for considering buying real estate this year. It would necessitate I sell a bunvhbof my stack 😵 I know #bitcoin will go up forever. But the time is right from a family perspective... There is an interesting "misbalance" between rent heights and credit rates currently. Supply and Demand is also skewed badly in the market. Meaning, comparable houses and flats I'm looking for, are only slightly more expensive in terms of mortgage payments than rental. It seems I need to run the numbers 🤓
