It’s not a client but filter.nostr.wine provides this functionality (in a sense). When you load global/universe view from filter (if not using ?global=all), we sample notes from your extended WoT (follows+follows) and return them. As long as you follow at least a few people chances are good you’ll get some new notes/pubkeys on every refresh. Not quite as “random” or as much variation as picking all new pubkeys, but it is great for finding new accounts to follow. View quoted note →

Is there a web client out there anywhere that lets you input your own REQ filters and then displays the results all pretty? I think it would be really cool to be able to share a link directly to a feed (relay(s)+req filters). I want this really bad. Could be an addition to nostrrr maybe? @verbiricha
