What a journey! My first lightning node, five months ago, was a complete failure, but I learned so much in the process. One major lesson I learned is that a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8GB of RAM is not an optimal setup for a professional routing node.
These days, I route several bitcoins per day, contributing to the network at a small profit.
All of this wouldn’t be possible without the help of other noderunners, particularly a German group of professional peers organised as #blitzdinge.
Thank you so much, and I hope I can contribute back soon!

I am still amazed by the Bitcoin community. So many bright minds. So much help without asking for anything in return. Pure dedication. Love that spirit. Hope we can keep it as long as possible. 🙏
Understanding Bitcoin is like learning how to ride a bike – once you know it, the world is a total different to you.
I am fascinated by the fact that what once concerned me has now faded into the background. What once upset me because I didn’t understand it now keeps me calm.
I feel like with Bitcoin I can explain nearly everything that is going wrong in this world. This gives me peace.
Wow, this is vrazy. There seems to be a nationwide power outage in Portugal and Spain. And I don’t read anything about it in the German news.
Love the pump. 📈I feel like institutional adoption including the increase of black holes like Strategy is finally getting traction.
If you ever want to convince your partner of not having kids, visit an aquarium on a rainy day on the weekend.
Currently in France and when I see all these electrical heaters, I get fantasies @Solosatoshi.com 🇺🇸
Finally got my parents to truly see #Bitcoin. It was never about convincing them to invest—it was about sharing the deep hope I feel for how Bitcoin can heal the world. After countless conversations, doubts, and debates… they finally get it. What a journey. What a relief. ❤️🔥
Sorry everyone, killed my lightning node on Friday. Please FC your channels with me. There is a saying that every lightning node owner needs to go through this. ;-)
Another lesson learned.
