During my stay here at #Nostrica, I experienced, for the first time, a vibrant #Bitcoin economy. About half of my purchases were made in Bitcoin; it could have been all had I prepared better. "Can I pay with Bitcoin?" was often answered with a casual "Yes" and a lightning invoice. Bitcoin here means *sats over lightning*. Payments worked as expected, like a charm. Thank you to everybody who made this a reality, especially #[0].

Taking photos at #Nostrica was a challenge for me. Most of the time I felt respecting privacy took precedence (or I was just too shy). Let me tell you, there are very beautiful pictures I did not take and just live in my head🤙🏻.

What a wonderful experience being in El Mercado de Bahía and being able to naturally shop with sats. A glimpse into the future ✨. #[0] is alive
