Since nostr, I have lost all patience with paywalls and other stupid hurdles and I started removing apps. Nostr lets me see those for what they are: helpless steps at keeping an outdated business model alive.
„This is the conclusion to which the ciphertrace[.com] experts come to: All cases in which chainalysis has been used should be re-evaluated and under no circumstances should blockchain surveillance or blockchain forensics be used as actual evidence but it should only be used to generate leads.“ - LOLA L33TZ on What Bitcoin Did with @Peter McCormack https://fountain.fm/episode/tZ9E4RzEeIOynToF58Ql
At my age, when you "rsync -aP" all your stuff to a new server it takes hours and at the same time lets you review all of your life in detail. Can your emotions keep up with the rsync process?

„If you take Krugman at his word, why, one would have to ask him, if printing money is fundamentally a good thing ([…] that is the Keynesian view, which, of course, is absurd and non-sense […]) because it increases consumption, why would you leave it to a central bank or a commercial bank to do that for you? Why don’t they give us a machine that we can put in our attic or spare bedroom and print money when we need it as a family? It would be very popular.“ - Godfrey Bloom in TFTC -448 by @Marty Bent
