Jedi training starting soon.
I can feel it brewing within me.
Gonna need to go monk mode for a bit.
No idea why I’m sharing.
Maybe it’ll spark a curiosity for others to do the same.
I never really liked Star Wars growing up but I appreciate it more now.
Stormtroopers vs Jedi seems like an increasing inevitable future.
Need more on the good side.

Searching for the land of milk & honey 🥛🍯
If you look up healthy restaurants on Google, just a bunch of Vegan spots pop up.
Thank you @Seed Oil Scout for providing a truth m-based propaganda free alternative 🙌.

Last Thursday, I delayed my flight to Greece on a gut feeling to go to Washington DC to record screens away content. .
Yesterday @Patrick Corcoran, @John Corcoran , Zoe Rose, and I went and did just that.
After filming at the Capitol, we were hungry so we checked @Seed Oil Scout for a good lunch spot.
We found Buttersworth, a seed oil free restaurant with tallow fries.
When we got there, we saw a man wearing a MAHA hat so Patrick said “hey I like your hat.”
He (Jeffery) went on asking us why we like MAHA.
After telling him that Zoe was commissioned by RFK Jr. for a 80ft mural on “Food As Medicine” for the HHS building and that we were there to record content for screens away,
he went on to tell us he is good friends with Bobby and leads fundraising for MAHA.
He gave us some limited edition hats and invited us to sit with him for lunch with a journalist (Elizabeth) who writes for the MAHA Report.
As lunch progresses, Elizabeth kept saying to Jeffery that they should write a MAHA piece about this story including Zoe’s art, Screens Away, Happy To Be Here (our cacao company), and Upspace (my app - Instagram/Spotify but for health).
They mention they want to connect us to Kyle who runs the MAHA social media.
They suggest me potentially writing for MAHA Report and connecting with all the Upspace health creators to reach a younger audience.
We exchange numbers and part ways.
We head back to Capitol Building to finish recording for Screens Away.
This time we get a shot with a message for MAHA wearing our new MAHA hats (see video attached).
It is was getting late so we discuss going to the White House to film or head home.
Patrick mentions maybe calling Jeffrey to see what he is doing for dinner.
As he says that, Zoe gets a call.
It’s Jeffrey.
He asks us if we can meet him for dinner at Bistro Cacao (the name reminded him to call us because our cacao company) with a bunch of other MAHA people.
We say yes.
We get there and meet Kyle (MAHA social media mentioned above) and many others including the chairman of MAHA PAC and one of the OG Series XM Broadcasters.
None of this was planned.
Now we are in convos with MAHA team who writes for MAHA report, THE MAHA social media manager, and someone with an extensive music distribution background supporting MAHA initiative.
These are three incredible connections to get Screens Away out to more people.
Among other synchronicities, it seems like this song is destined to be birthed.
We will see what happens, but grateful the day and for the opportunity.
Trust your gut.
If you seek inner peace, you will be able to find absolute pleasure in the mundane - more and more simple things.
- flowers
- bird chirps
- clouds
If you seek pleasure, your mind gets filled with clouds making it harder to see beauty in things.
You need more and more to find the pleasure.
From sugar cane to eventually cocaine, just to feel the same feeling you’d feel from smelling a flower if you sought inner peace instead of pleasures.
Through the pursuit of peace, pleasure becomes easy.
Through the pursuit of pleasure, peace becomes impossible.
I want my credit score to be 0…

The suit and tie is one of the most matrix costumes ever.
Future generations will look back at it as one the most bizarre, un-functional outfits ever worn.
Think about it:
- collar
- tie
- cuffs
Dogs wear collars with a tie (leash).
Cuffs are for criminals.
I remember as a kid the collar and tie strangling my neck wondering why anyone chooses to wear this.
It is literally a Wall Street prisoners jumpsuit.

Trump is probably using the Epstein files to run his own blackmail ring now.
He’s got the dirt and keys to release to all the most powerful people.
“Listen or we release.”
My gut tells me the north had more slaves.
The south was kinder.
The north won the war and played the good guys pretending that they ended slavery and never really had it themselves.
The truth is the war was never about slaves. Both sides recruited “minorities” to fight in the war (no different as today).
But North needed it more for their industry.
South is more self sovereign on land.
The Union (north) wanted to centralize power. Centralization requires industry workers (slaves) to work the factories to produce goods (such as food) for cities which don’t have the natural resources to produce themselves.
The Confederates (south) wanted to keep sovereign states.
Abe Lincoln established first ever federal income tax and the precursor to IRS to fund the war.
A few years after, it was deemed unconstitutional.
40 years later, in 1913, the federal income tax is established alongside the IRS in same year (and “coincidentally” the Federal Reserve aka Central Bank).
The next year, in 1914, World War I begins.
History repeats itself.
The perpetuator usually blames others for what they are doing.
The winner writes the history.
My gut tells me this was no different in Civil War era.
Did this ChatGPT experiment with @₿en Wehrman … thoughts on this?

Are people walking dogs or are dogs walking the people? 🐕🚶♀️
At this point, I’d say the latter…
Two ways to be able to get through hard times:
1. Get good at fighting
2. Get good at finding peace
One leads to fighting during good times.
The other leads to peace during good times.
Cold plunges are a great example of this:
Fight through the pain or find peace so there is no pain.
Which do you do?
What might seem like a great sacrifice to others, in truth, is a great blessing to self.
Ex.
Eating only real food means no ultra processed ice cream, cookies etc.
Many see this as a “sacrifice” and require “discipline” to accomplish.
But eating pure food and only pure food is the greatest blessing.
The body, mind, and soul feels it too.
Once FULLY understood logically, emotionally, and spiritually, it requires NO discipline at all.
It becomes the desired option.
There is no sacrifice.
Story.
One time on a podcast, the interviewer questioned me like I was crazy for having no vices.
She said “come on you gotta have one.”
As I’ve reflected further, why would I have one when the desired choice is pure real food over fake food.
Consuming the fake food to me at this point would be the sacrifice.
This is clear once you’ve experience the other side.
Most who carry these “vices” just simply have not.
Another story.
Just yesterday my Mom invited a priest who was leaving town over for dinner.
She was preparing food, for me included.
I overheard her from the other room, probably explaining the choice of food, that Shaun (me) had lots of discipline and does not give in to this other stuff.
I yelled out, “it’s not discipline.”
Discipline requires lots of mental effort.
Since pure food is my desire over fake food, it is effortless.
There is no sacrifice and no discipline required.
The moral of the story is when you find absolute truth, what might seem like a challenging sacrifice to others, is actually the greatest blessing to self.
My fourteen year old brother just said he wants to put his thousand dollars in bitcoin instead of the bank.
📈
A YouTube built on Nostr would be good.
Lots of great journalism done via long form video.
I understand it’d more challenging, expensive, and not perfect.
Any Nostr devs have any more insight into this?
Why is it not available today? What are the Nostr hurdles and limitations? How do we overcome them overtime and at scale?
Can only do one thing at a time…

As AI and technology evolves two poles will emerge.
1) The Stormtrooper: the techno-humanist who fully embraces and integrates with technology.
2) The Jedi: the naturalist who fully embraces the powers of nature and the technology already embedded with us and our environment.
Which do you choose?

Religious texts talk a lot about the past (history) and the future (prophecies).
But the truth is found in the present.
It’s the only moment that matters.
It is where peace is found.
It is where God is found.
Absolute presence is heaven on earth.
Presence in every moment is enlightenment.
Religious texts are great,
just don’t let them pull you away from this truth.
Be in a state of patience or action.
The in between is where internal chaos resides.
What if Bitcoin was created by the “elite,” “globalists,” CIA, Mossad… whatever you want to call them?
Is this not a possible outcome? 🤔
I will always stand by the most local solution is the best.
Start with self then family, neighbors, friends, and on.
Bitcoin is global.
Idk this is one thing that trips me up about it.
The thing that gives me hope is most bitcoiners are amazing freedom fighters.
But sometimes I think - is that what the oil men were like back in the1800s?
Just the classic American cowboy?
Classic American cowboys are cool.
But in hindsight, oil got monopolized and now runs the world.
It’s the world currency as USD is now the petrodollar.
And it’s biproducts are destroying it (plastic, pharma, most synthetics)
Just a thought…
I think it’s important to consider all sides.
Local sovereignty protects against all of it.
1. Free energy - money becomes less useful
2. Milk & Honey = Money or localized currency or at least localized trade
3. Bitcoin
999. Petro-backed centralized USD

A current is the flow of energy and information. The pattern energy makes is the information (1s & 0s).
CURRENTcy is society’s method of carrying energy & information.
My “current” pursuit is to come to a better understanding of how the human body does this and that’s what we should do as a society.
Seems to be a merger of 1-3 would be most aligned.
In other words, decentralized, localized but also singular (one currency maybe a couple different - blood, fascia, nerves…)
In other words, cells just focus on their local area not that of other areas as it directly impacts them. But blood flow/nutrients/energy/information can still be passed on from one area to another as needed.
So most trade and transactions and work is done locally, but outside resources can still be called in as needed.
Right now it’s like the worst possible. Centralized, mostly non local, and a bunch of currencies (inefficient).
