went to a health museum and collected some interesting information, but I'm still digesting them - people used to use food, drinks, herbs, sound, and smell to heal during the Ottoman time.

Nomad hack of today:
Having one home base close to nature, far from civilizations and poisons, where you can enjoy and focus on learning and building. Ideally a place where you can be self-sufficient or easily assess the things you need to maintain a healthy life, things directly from makers or farmers.
Build a life that you don't need to escape from ☀️

Over consumerism is a disease.
just got one important thing done, and now my mind is free to explore again, peace of mind is so underrated.
Instead of being told what you need, how about taking some time to think about what you actually NEED to live a good life:
- fresh air
- sunlight
- organic food & clean water
- a simple place to live with stable electricity
- living necessities: clothes, shoes, cleaning products etc
- knowledge
- laptop to work and learn, with good internet
- like-minded people to talk
- love
- Bitcoin
Anything else?

The second lesson of today:
Once you are fine to let go of everything, then you are FREE.
Lesson of today: NEVER put anything important on someone else's hand because reliable people are RARE, and nobody would care more than you.
And I noticed that many people don't understand why they got paid in the first place, exactly to solve problems! Hiring the wrong people would bring you more trouble in the end.
photo of today: can you guess what fun I'm trying to capture here?
