First day at a new fiat job today. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with IT to get my phone as an approved work device and the issue was still not solved. So they decided to escalate to a level 2 ticket. After they said someone should contact me this week, to resolve the matter, we hung up. Then, I consulted Chat GPT. I explained the situation, gave it some screen shots, went back and forth a few times and the problem was solved in under 15 minutes 😆😁 Just a reminder to myself to always do my own research and enlist those AI agents that are smarter than me 😆
