Sats are labeled 聰 in many Chinese Bitcoin software because of the name Satoshi Nakamoto (中本聰). 聰is also a homonym of 蔥 (onion) Onions have many layers and onions are also part of the Bitcoin network over tor. Perhaps stacking sats can be compared to harvesting onions (don't harvest all your onions, watch your roots!) Speaking of harvesting, in China there's a term 割韭菜 (harvesting chives) which refers how the upper classes exploit the lower class workers.
