Sometimes I wonder what it feels like to have a mind that simply knows how to rest. Mine never seems to stop. It keeps replaying the past, worrying about today, and fearing tomorrow all at once. I carry so many thoughts that no one else can see, and some days, they become heavier than I can handle. I may look calm on the outside, but inside, I'm fighting silent battles every single day. Still, I choose to keep moving forward, not because I'm not tired, but because giving up has never been an option.
