“Work-Life Balance” has been an upholding philosophy by western society, while “996” in China drove younger generations chose to flat out as reported.
(How to enjoy the good part of life when most energy and time are occupied by Work only? Contribution to National Economy?!- No offense just personal curiosity).
As a game lover who strive for balanced lifestyle, the Activision Blizzard acquisition got my attention. Microsoft, the bidder offering $50b for A game - interesting!
As experienced gamers know that people talk a lot instantly when gaming with their virtual/online teammates, during which A.I could be trained without players’ knowing or consent along with their privacy be easily compromised if A.I be Subtly implanted. Given the gradually tougher regulation on A.I, it might not be easy find another way to train the already overly money-burning project - A.I!
Apparently Microsoft has bet heavily on A.I due to its stagnant development in innovation and creativity, since its big market chunk at global scale in clouds services mainly due to its widely and dominantly applied Windows OS and Office software, which created by its former leaderships.
Check out the growth report of Xbox, you probably find that its quarterly numbers are actually quite static, (especially) if you exclude distractions like new hardware releases, staying-home during pandemic and the magic power of EBITDA (probably worse by this last factor 🔎)…

The day Mr.Sam was announced to be a member of the big family- Microsoft, my poker gaming experience became extremely difficult, almost made me mental 🤦🏻♀️😭. If you go through the stock price and business growth of Microsoft, you probably find an interesting phenomenon that its share price jumps at an exponential pace compared to its business performance growth. So, is there a bubble? 🤷 Given an external environment of high inflation and abundant liquidity before and after pandemic …🤔
US as the most developed country has always been ahead in various fields so that many women are taking essential roles, outperforming the facts in India I think. As a woman I personally admire the outspoken and responsible leadership like Ms. Elizabeth Warren, who cares about the wellbeing of American citizens and rights of consumers tremendously. That’s inspirational to me. Therefore, I assume she would do her best for taking care of American people’s wellbeing as she always does.
Finally, Copilot? Personal Agent? I just wonder if it would be me leading pilot the bot or the other way around. I mean would the OS be automatically shutdown, or my works(excel,word etc) be messed, possible? 🤔
