Back to One of Those Good Old Days In 2018, I had a six-month rental living experience after my study in UK. I love that kind of living style, “Cozy Nest” if I have to name it shortly. It’s not easy to find an ideal place to stay, but luckily cheaper rents I found online saved me from a tightened budget nerve 🥹. From that experience I learned that many cheaper rental assets were owned by unoriginal locals. I assumed the reason for its valuable discount was due to a minus on taxation (or avoidance). London as one of the most expensive rental properties markets, I wonder if it’s still holding up well during the periods of high inflation, high interest rates. Reportedly, the demand for a comfortable place to stay is still very high but meanwhile the high rents cost dismayed tenants big time. Not quite sure the unoccupied rate there in UK, but one thing for sure is the house owners are facing the pain from loan interest rates. Prime Minister Mr.Sunak issued caring projects after pandemic for recovering and revitalizing markets with big Bills 💵, however, the tremendous pressure he has been facing is still the high rate and inflationary situation. 😮‍💨 Gotta to collect some proper and stable income to balance out the debts issues. I wonder how much of those missed taxes could contribute to relief the painful dilemmas?! However, it might be tricky for Mr. Sunak since his wife seemingly got involved in some tax evasion rumors. Beside the missed but precious “Fuel” from taxation, there is another strong cash machine in UK. Its renowned Educational Market, thanks to its strict and rigorous approach to Academic Quality. I still remember that students from outside EU were paying way more than peers. Although UK left EU family, its uniquely Middle-man character still can play a better role in lifting up the economic revenue for both EU and itself, if academics cooperation details are well negotiated even beyond the previously disputed framework. But the qualification of teaching resources should be uplifted and maintained for long run consideration. Given the constant faculty strikes and wide range street demonstrations within Europe, it is quite daunting. 😔 The population shrinking crisis is an imminent threat faced by many countries. I don’t have any kid so I probably won’t be able to resonate with parents. But logically, raising a kid requires job for incomes and some supportive measures by governments. After all, there is always some social caring budget allocated by government, right? But how to lower the budget and make it cost effectively is the next question for policymakers to fight out. (One of those things l love UK is the discount food, some are quite delicious, that put on shelves everyday in most supermarkets, would it be possible for corporates and governments working together for some projects?! From one side to save costs while the other side offering businesses a baseline supports. News about tons of fresh milk being poured into ditches was really a waste. No one was happy with that, meanwhile complaints arisen from farmers to government instead. ) Finally, printing money for saving a national economy is a tool to maneuver, but it would be detrimental if certainly enough amounts of notes were captured in an outsider hand. Then it would not be the end of just two went bankruptcies. 🙏

Since Indian government announced its procedures for the further Centralization of Authority at national level, I wonder if the local citizens, governments, authorities are all well aware of its meaning. Given the variety of States, Religions , Languages , Cultures and Business Environments, along with the ineffectiveness of information sharing in India, it might need more efforts for Modi government to convince All Indian stakeholders to understand the Equality opportunities and Fairness are guaranteed as Modi government promised. Or has he promised anything yet? Besides, I assume it’s still a headache for him to illustrate a Fair allocation plan for the ambitious Free Grain Project. Anyone can talk with emptiness, but as the Top Leader of a big county, I believe making words into actions is more important.
