My AdGuard instance blocks all Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, etc requests by default, with the intention to make sure their trackers can't phone home. I basically never notice it, but it's guaranteed fun when any friend visits. They be like: "Hmm weird, my Facebook messenger isn't delivering" or "I can't load my insta". I call it passively enforced education, hehe. #AdGuard #Facebook #Instagram

I just had to hard reset my home server by cutting off the power and booting it again. Panic momen. Six VMs, there is a spinning hard drive involved and all my LAN traffic flows through this box. But like a miracle everything just resumed working 😇 Even the weird docker things I tried recently. Feeling a bit proud of my configs, NGL. #linux #server #adventure
