Planning vacation is so hard this year, we were going to go to Boston this summer. Easy choice. We all the energy here in Canada, and the ByeAmerica vibes. We decided to change our plans. We are going to choose between : -Ponta Delgada - Malaga - South of Italy - Morocco We haven’t made a choice yet 😅

GM ! I’ve been trying Mastodon the last few days. I’ve used Ivory on iOS as a client, really good and polished. Great communities on Mastodon focused on privacy, open source, and self hosting. 🇨🇦 is well represented too. Downsides: - Mastodon does not support E2E encryption. - Each server has rules, if not respected you will be banned,so no anti-censorship. - The admin server can read what you post, there is no such thing as a private message. Example of a privacy policy : I’ve read the privacy policy for mastodon.social which is the biggest instance used, they do not sell your data, and keep your IP for 90 days.
