My wife is a Haiku poet, and this is her first spoken video in English with her own Haiku.
A new challenge, a new language, a new format—but the essence remains the same: a feeling, a moment, a thought condensed into three lines.
What do you think? Should we post more? 🎤📜

Find Your Why
It matters where you place the ladder. You can push hard, work tirelessly, but if you’re heading in the wrong direction, you won’t end up where you truly want to be. Don’t just work hard—take a moment to reflect if you’re on the right path.
📍 Saturday night workout done! Core exercises are in the books, time to rest.

“When you make your employees ‘earn your trust’ instead of giving it to them up-front, they will move more slowly.” – @garyvee
For me, trust comes first. There’s no other way to start a new path.
Then comes awareness, to ensure we’re heading in the right direction.
After that, it’s either an ego battle—admitting when we were wrong—or the courage to keep moving forward.

Your day starts the way you shape it. A morning workout was needed today since I’ll be on the road all day, getting home late at night. A good session in the Swiss Alps – virtually.
Thursday morning workout done ✅ More than half an hour of climbing, felt great!
Have a great day! 💪

Health is a matter of choice. You decide whether you take care of it or not. If it’s important to you and you believe you can impact it – because trust me, you can – then you’ll find the right tool for yourself.
Exercise isn’t always the only way. Sometimes nutrition, sometimes mental health is the key. The point is you choose what works for you. And if you’re not doing it now, or even next week, that’s okay. Just remember that the decision is always in your hands, and you can make it at any time.
Wednesday morning workout done ✅ Not a run today, but a walk – virtually in the Swiss Alps.
Have a great week! 💪

How many chairs are you sitting on right now?

You only grow when you face challenges. Ideally, you seek them out yourself, but sometimes life throws them at you. The key is to tackle them, because that’s how we become stronger and evolve.
Monday morning workout done ✅ 4 km, about half an hour, this time in a Swiss village – virtually.
Wishing you a productive week! 💪

I always start introducing Bitcoin by explaining how the current financial system really works and what its true impact is. Because if you don’t understand how the world operates today, you won’t understand why Bitcoin is necessary.
They say Bitcoin is an ego test because it forces people to question everything they thought they knew about money.
Most of us grew up believing that banks, governments, and traditional finance are the only way to store and manage wealth. Bitcoin challenges that idea. It proves that money can exist without central control.
But admitting this would mean accepting that what we believed for years was wrong—and that’s hard for many people. People like to think their worldview is correct. When something contradicts it, they often reject it instead of confronting the truth.
Bitcoin tests not just the financial system but also our ego.

Mempool is clearing out—does this mean Bitcoin’s security budget is in trouble? Really?
Right now, the block reward is 315M sats, while transaction fees are around 4M sats—fees make up less than 2% of miner revenue.
But what happens after two halvings?
• Block reward: 78.75M sats
• Fees (assuming 4M sats remain constant): 4M sats
• Total: 82.75M sats
If #Bitcoin reaches $1M per BTC, miners will earn $827,500 per block, which is more than 2.5x today’s earnings.
The network adapts. As Bitcoin’s price rises, miner incentives remain strong.

Be your own leader! The one who stands tall even when others say it’s impossible. See opportunity in everything—even in challenges. If you can’t fully solve a problem, figure out how to reduce its impact. We are all leaders—at the very least, of ourselves.
Don’t sit back—move forward. This applies to business and every area of life. Every living system—including a company—faces difficulties. We may not always win, and we may not always come out unscathed, but if we survive, we grow stronger.
This morning, I listened to the HOLD After Hours podcast, where the CEO of Videoton shared that, for the first time in his career, he feels like he has no control over how this year will turn out. The host responded with a well-known thought: everything is up to you—you are responsible for everything.
Of course, the CEO added nuance, explaining that they are not giving up and will do everything they can. This is a crucial perspective: as leaders, there are things we cannot control. But what we can control is how we manage our organizations, where we focus our attention, and how we respond to challenges.

Break big goals into small, achievable steps. When you approach challenges this way, even what seems impossible can become reality.
I once couldn’t imagine running 5 kilometers. As a kid and teenager, I never managed it—I was fast on short distances, but long-distance running wasn’t my strength. Then I started adding just a little more each time, step by step. Eventually, I reached 5-6 km, and now running 10 km feels easy.
This method works not just for running, but for anything in life. Progress comes from small, consistent improvements that add up over time.
This morning’s run is done—4 km uphill, more than 30 minutes. Getting back into training after a few skipped days. Have a great day!

They’re just voting today to ‘think about it,’ not to buy immediately.
Stay humble, stack sats—we still have some time. But when the time comes, there will be no turning back. All your models will be destroyed.

In recent times, there’s been a flood of news about central banks and governments buying bitcoin or planning to include it in their reserves. But honestly, this doesn’t matter.
#Bitcoin doesn’t need anyone’s permission or approval. It lives, it exists, and it keeps running—building block by block, every ten minutes. Together, we are writing a global, neutral, and unstoppable digital ledger.
The key point is: don’t wait for miracles from governments, politicians, or central banks. They always act in their own interests. If it benefits them, they’ll buy bitcoin—because it’s the logical step. But what good is it if governments hold bitcoin, while you have none?
Don’t wait for change to come from the top. Start with yourself! Start with your family, your friends, and your community. Build businesses, form connections, and transition to the bitcoin standard. The world is changing, block by block—and you can either move forward or be left behind.
@Joe Nakamoto 🙏🏻

I’m absolutely love it!

How to Run Your Own Bitcoin Node?
0️⃣ Why run your own Bitcoin node?
Running your own Bitcoin node lets you verify transactions directly, enhances your privacy, and supports Bitcoin decentralization. This guide works for MacBooks, Windows PCs, and Linux desktops or laptops.
1️⃣ Download and install Bitcoin Core
Bitcoin Core is the official software for storing and verifying the blockchain.
Website: bitcoin.org/en/wallets/desktop/mac/bitcoincore/
It requires downloading the entire blockchain (~700 GB, growing ~60 GB per year). On a 2 TB SSD, 1 TB of space will last about 5 years.
2️⃣ Create the bitcoin.conf file
The bitcoin.conf file enables the RPC server.
1. Create this file:
~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/bitcoin.conf.
2. Add this content:
server=1
rpcuser=bitcoin
rpcpassword=strongpassword
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=8332
3. Save it in plain text format (TextEdit: Format → Make Plain Text).
3️⃣ Connect Sparrow Wallet
Sparrow Wallet is a top-tier multi-platform Bitcoin wallet for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
Website: sparrowwallet.com
• Configure:
• URL: 127.0.0.1
• Port: 8332
• Authentication: Use the rpcuser and rpcpassword from the bitcoin.conf file.
• Test the connection with “Test Connection.”
Enjoy your Bitcoin node!
Once synced, your node updates within seconds and verifies transactions directly on the blockchain. 🌍💻 #Bitcoin #Node #Decentralization

Tonight, I synced my Bitcoin node on my laptop, which took the entire evening. After downloading the last blocks, the node is now fully synchronized with the Bitcoin network, currently at block 880,874.
Why is this important? Because with the node running on my laptop, I can connect directly to the Bitcoin network without relying on any external service providers. Running your own node isn’t mandatory, but it’s incredibly useful. It contributes to the stability of the network, and most importantly, you control the rules that the Bitcoin network operates by. This is one of Bitcoin’s core strengths: it’s not controlled by big corporations or miners but by us, individuals, through our nodes.
During the process, I connected my wallet to the node on my laptop and sent a transaction that will soon be confirmed. This means I don’t need to rely on a service provider’s node to verify my transactions. By running your own node, you only need to trust the code you downloaded and run yourself.
If you’re curious to dive deeper into Bitcoin, I highly recommend trying to set up your own node. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Energy is one of the most important factors in life. Even if you’re talented and have resources, without energy, you can’t move forward. Many think energy comes from food or sleep. While that’s partially true, it’s only a small part of the picture. Movement is essential too. You need to move, feel capable, and take action to fulfill your purpose in this world.
Yesterday, I listened to thoughts from Tony Robbins, one of my greatest teachers when I was younger. He’s hosting a free three-day online training at the end of January, which I highly recommend to anyone who speaks English. His insights are inspiring, and his book is also available in Hungarian.
This morning’s run is done—over 40 minutes on flat terrain. Have a great weekend, everyone!

At the end of the year, during the Trust Circle meeting, I set two goals: one personal and one business. My personal goal is to become healthier. But what does that really mean, and how can I achieve it?
The key question is: what’s the one thing that, if done regularly and with the right intensity, will certainly make you healthier? Everyone’s answer is different, but mine is clear: if I complete at least 200 workouts this year, I’ll end the year healthier than I started.
Even if you have talent, resources, money, or knowledge, without energy, you can’t achieve your goals. Energy is the foundation of everything you want to accomplish.
I’m curious—what goals have you set for yourself this year? This was my 16th workout out of the 200 I’ve planned. I’m continuing the journey!

This afternoon, I’ll be a guest on the HUSZONEGY podcast to talk about Bitcoin. Árpi, the editor, asked us to focus on the positive things in the world.
I’ve been reflecting on this: where you focus your energy shapes your life. In challenges, it’s not about what you can’t do—it’s about what you can. This mindset drives problem-solving and value creation.
Also, today’s workouts are done!
