☀️ Took a moment this morning to sit in the sun before the conference kicked off. Yesterday I listened to @DrJackKruse’s talk — and it really got me thinking. 🧠 He said: spend at least 30–40 minutes in natural sunlight every morning. This helps reset your dopamine and melatonin cycles, which regulate your mood, energy, and sleep rhythm. 📚 He shared a lot of bold ideas — some I’m still processing — but I’m definitely diving into his podcasts and the book he mentioned. 🔐 Just finished a great session on the Expo Stage here at Bitcoin Prague, all about how to store your Bitcoin keys. The question: 👉 Should you store your keys with a custodian, or learn to self-custody? 💡 One of Bitcoin’s greatest strengths is that you don’t have to trust a third party — you can be your own bank. But yes, learning to do that can be tricky. 🧠 The panelists made a great point: this isn’t nuclear physics — it just takes practice and guidance. Like riding a bike: no one’s born knowing how, but we all can learn. ➡️ So if you’re just getting started, it’s perfectly fine to buy and explore Bitcoin via a service provider. That lowers the barrier. ✅ But the goal should be that, over time, you learn to hold your own keys securely.
