Gm! Hope you all are having a great weekend! Went snowboarding all day yesterday for the first time in a while. What a great day. Surprisingly I was able to get out of bed this morning with minimal groaning.. 🤣

The best way to get over a cold? If you can, skip the daytime meds.. don’t hinder your body’s natural response and let it flush out. Cut all added sugar. Eat a fat steak, liver and a pile of strawberries for dinner. Get to bed early. Wake up feeling better.

Gm nostr! It’s the season of colds… been nagged by a head cold for the last couple days. Ready to get back to normal. Been taking lots of vitamins C and extra vitamins.
