The dog wanted to play this morning and scratched me right in the eyeball. It hurt like a bastard. I hoped if I just slept it off it’d be fine, but then I looked at the moon and it had some shit shining out of it that … wasn’t. So now I’m at the emergency room looking cool.

I finally gave this classic a try. I'd read lots of reviews on it and it still wasn’t quite what I expected. Of all the pipe tobacco I have (30+ blends) this is the one that tastes most like a cigaratte. This tastes like what an American would say “tobacco” tastes and smells like. I haven’t smoked cigarettes in a long time, but this was very familiar. It tasted like the highest quality no-additive cigaratte you can imagine. Of all of my blends and myriad nicotine delivery devices - it’s the only one that’s given me a nicotine buzz. I’d buy more of this, definitely - but I do prefer a lot of other aromatic and english blends to it. #pipestr #tobacco #smoking #books

I got into smoking cigars like 20 years ago. I figured I don’t drink alcohol and wanted a defined gentlemanly hobby.. so I went cigar nuts. So I could smoke cigars in the house I bought this well reviewed ozone generate to combat the smell. It was like $300 - and when I got it, I was pretty disappointed at what a cheap device it is. After some months, it stopped working and I reached out to the company. It was out of warranty of course, but they offered me a 10% coupon on a new one. So now I’m like 500 bucks into this POS and a few months later it stops working again. Since I spent so much on the thing I never got rid of it. I just decided to pull this fucker out and take a look. There’s a device in these called a corona discharge plate. It works by using high voltage to split oxygen (O2) molecules into atoms, and then when they recombine they do it into ozone (O3) molecules. Yeah, it gets dirty. I just had to wipe it off. I spent a summer out in Utah during monsoon season trying to capture lightning storms. After about a month of standing out in the desert holding a big metal tripod on the top of a butte, I realized maybe that wasn't such a great idea. I'm still alive though.
